Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at gridX. As a key member of our Solution Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide our customers from the initial idea to the final implementation of our solutions, focusing on technical feasibility.
- Lead discussions on technical requirements and support Sales in defining project goals and scope.
- Drive the integration of our products through an API-centered approach.
- Gather valuable feedback and project insights, which you will implement in collaboration with the Product team to ensure gridX technology stays ahead of the competition.
- Serve as an expert for both internal and external stakeholders when it comes to evaluating technologies.
- Work closely with teams across Product, Solution, Development, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver the best solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field, along with at least 2 years of experience. You should be a structured and efficient individual with a solution-oriented mindset, combined with a high level of energy. You will also need to be a tech enthusiast with a strong technical understanding and a hands-on mentality. Additionally, you should be a strong communicator and team player with clear communication, assertiveness, and teamwork being second nature to you. You should also be familiar with software tools like Jira and Big Picture, and have experience in the IoT or energy sector as a plus. Fluency in German and English is required.
