About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at eins energie in sachsen GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing procurement procedures in accordance with legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the best possible value for our organization.
  • Manage complex procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify procurement needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Monitor market trends and prices to ensure optimal procurement decisions.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage procurement data and maintain accurate records in our SAP system.
  • Provide procurement support for statistical analysis and contribute to the development of strategic procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations, including VOB/VOL/HOAI.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
