Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our Laboratory Testing team at Lilium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete process of testing from requirements breakdown and concept development to test execution and data processing.
Key Responsibilities- Own the entire EMI/EMC testing process, from planning and preparation to execution and evidence generation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans aligned with industry standards and aircraft-specific requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and present comprehensive test results and evidence, ensuring compliance with EASA/FAA and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Integrated Project Team (IPT), to ensure alignment and support.
- Possess a deep understanding of aircraft EMI/EMC standards and EASA/FAA regulations.
- Degree in mechanical-, mechatronic-, electrical-, aerospace engineering or similar is required.
- 5+ years of professional experience in test and test rig development, test execution and data processing.
- Experience with data acquisition and airworthiness certification processes and procedures.
- Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German or any other language is beneficial.
