Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Partnership Strategist to join our Marketing & Growth Team, affectionately known as 'The Genies'. This role focuses on building long-term strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and joint ventures. You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to shape the future of ToolTime's growth and revolutionize the craftsmen business through digital innovation.

Your Tasks
  • You will independently identify, evaluate, and develop new growth channels, such as promising strategic partnership opportunities with key players in our industry.
  • You will initiate and take ownership for partnership projects and drive them forward proactively, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • You will evaluate existing go-to-market initiatives, develop recommendations to increase their growth impact, and implement them together with your team.
  • You will support the Head of Partnerships in preparing and navigating major strategic partnerships with large companies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in analyzing market opportunities and finding new growth levers.
  • Growth motivation, working in a fast-growing organization that has substantial size and potential for further growth.
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable communicating directly with senior decision-makers and negotiating with potential partners.
  • Curiosity and passion for software technology and digital innovation.
  • A university degree, preferably from a start-up environment.
  • Proficiency in German (native level) and English (fluent).
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
