About the Position

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive portfolio growth and achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Manage and execute trade marketing activities to drive sales and distribution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with international marketing teams and local category, sales, finance, and S&OP teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, marketing, or economics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or trade marketing.
  • Fluent in English and strong proficiency in German.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness through effective marketing strategies.
