Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative solutions for hydrogen production and membrane technology.
  • Plan, set up, and conduct laboratory tests to optimize membrane and catalyst performance.
  • Develop and apply new methods for characterizing novel membranes and catalysts.
  • Evaluate and document results, and perform modeling tasks using Excel, VBA, and Matlab.
  • Research and analyze scientific literature and market studies in the field of membrane and catalyst technology.
  • Conduct techno-economic modeling and analysis of hydrogen production technologies.

Requirements:

  • Completed basic studies in materials science, chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, or process engineering.
  • Initial experience in synthesis of polymers and production and characterization of polymer membranes.
  • Initial experience in electrochemistry and characterization of electrocatalysts for water electrolysis or similar electrochemical processes.
  • Good language skills in German and English.
  • Independent, result-oriented, and team-oriented work style.
