Your Role
  • You will develop software according to the Clean Code approach based on automated tests.
  • You will focus on backend development with Java, but also have the opportunity to expand your horizons.
  • You will analyze and optimize applications.
  • You will act as a consulting developer on an equal footing with our customers.
  • You will be an integral part of your team and continuously develop your skills.
What You Bring
  • You bring a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable education.
  • You have already gained several years of experience in software development.
  • You have experience in web development based on Java, Spring Boot, and REST services.
  • You take responsibility for your code and develop it with enthusiasm.
  • You have initial experience in the CI/CD area.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
What We Offer
  • Steuerfreier Sachbezug: You will receive an additional 50 euros per month, which you can use for an Urban Sports Club membership, a SpenditCard (prepaid Visa card), or as a childcare allowance.
  • Weiterbildung: You will have access to extensive professional and methodological training, including certifications, as well as various development opportunities within the company, a monthly research day, and a generous training budget of up to 10 days per year.
  • Work-Life-Balance: You will have an employment contract with a flexible working time account, hybrid and location-independent work within Germany, and up to 21 days per year in defined EU countries.
  • Flexible Urlaubsgestaltung: You will have 30 days of vacation and the opportunity to individually adjust or reduce your annual vacation by up to 5 days.
  • IT-Equipment: We will support you in equipping yourself with necessary additional equipment for optimal location-independent work.
  • We take care of you: Support for pension provision (bAV), employer-financed risk life insurance, cooperation with Helioskliniken, and family service.
  • Mobility: Jobradl bike leasing program with a 25 euro monthly subsidy, as well as a 14.70 euro monthly subsidy for the Deutschlandticket as a job ticket.
