**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at CoStar Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the software and technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
