About Our Client:


A leading international trading company based in the Leonberg region is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Administrator / Salary Calculator (m/w/d) to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly salary calculations for a defined group of employees
  • Coordinate all administrative HR tasks, including contract management, creation of certificates, and other related duties
  • Perform general administrative tasks and create reports and certificates as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize internal workflows and take on project and special tasks


Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education with additional qualification as a Personnel Specialist or equivalent
  • Proven experience in personnel administration, preferably with salary calculation experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills and structured work approach
  • Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
