Job Opportunity: Personnel Administrator / Salary Calculator (m/w/d)About Our Client:
A leading international trading company based in the Leonberg region is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Administrator / Salary Calculator (m/w/d) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly salary calculations for a defined group of employees
- Coordinate all administrative HR tasks, including contract management, creation of certificates, and other related duties
- Perform general administrative tasks and create reports and certificates as needed
- Collaborate with the team to optimize internal workflows and take on project and special tasks
- Completed commercial education with additional qualification as a Personnel Specialist or equivalent
- Proven experience in personnel administration, preferably with salary calculation experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills and structured work approach
- Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
