Founders Associate Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Founders Associate Intern to join our team at Merantix. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our co-founder Julius to develop and implement our Go-To-Market playbook and support the startup's finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Assets: Define and develop different assets as part of our Go-To-Market playbook, including strategic projects such as new website development, conference visits, and newspaper articles.
  • Recruiting and Talent Management: Manage the recruiting process, focusing on building a stellar Go-To-Market team.
  • Financial Planning: Support with financial planning and preparation for subsequent investment rounds.
  • Strategic Projects: Collaborate on various strategic projects, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business growth.
About You

We are looking for a talented and driven individual with a strong background in cybersecurity and/or entrepreneurship. Your profile should include:

  • Education: An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university or in the process of obtaining a degree in a technical or business subject.
  • Professional Experience: Previous professional experience in a startup environment, at a leading technology company, or in management consultancy/venture capital.
  • Language Skills: Superb communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Interest in Cybersecurity: A demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and/or entrepreneurship.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Availability: Availability to work with us for 3-6 months.
