Financial Accountant

  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
  • Record and post transactions for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and bank accounts
  • Verify and record travel expenses, petty cash, and credit card statements
  • Manage sales tax and statistical reporting
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy
  • Contribute to special projects in finance and accounting


Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in accounting or a related field, with a focus on finance and accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience with German GAAP (HGB) is a plus
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, particularly sales tax and travel expenses
  • Proficiency in ERP software, such as SAGE
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately
  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency in German (B1 level) and English, both written and spoken
