We are seeking a skilled Care Professional to join our team at Johanniter Seniorenhäuser GmbH. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services and maintain open communication with residents and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), Altenpflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder examinierter Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d).
• Umgang mit älteren Menschen macht Ihnen Freude.
