Semiconductor Test Expert Application Consultant: Pioneering the Future of Digital Transformation

About the Role:

As a Semiconductor Test Expert Application Consultant at Advantest Europe GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the semiconductor industry. Our company, a global leader in automated test systems, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Böblingen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define emerging test requirements for target applications based on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Prepare and execute pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and benchmark projects, to showcase our V93000 SOC Series platform solutions and future product roadmap plans.
  • Enable and support the roll-out of solutions and products to our world-wide customer base in collaboration with the Customer Support Teams.
  • Act as a consultant to implement new solutions for test applications in close cooperation with the customer team.
  • Consult with the R&D Department on application-related topics and solution developments.
  • Provide expert technical support for the V93000 system and emerging applications to strategic account teams throughout the different regions of the world.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in electronic measurements/design, and ATE testing, preferably in the digital and High-Speed application domain.
  • Direct knowledge of V93000 ATE test system highly preferable.
  • Very good English language & communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player.
  • Linux, C/C+, and Java programming skills.
  • Proven Project Management skills.
  • Proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated.
  • Willingness to travel (< 20%).
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Ability to set priorities based on actual customer needs, defined strategies, and management directions.
