Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced process improvement expert to join our Global Process Excellence team. As a Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving value creation across our global process landscape, enhancing productivity and overall efficiency at Hapag-Lloyd AG.
Key Responsibilities- Drive innovative process improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders on a global level
- Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct data-driven analysis of end-to-end business processes, utilizing methodologies like Process Mining and Lean Six Sigma to identify and address bottlenecks effectively
- Uphold standardization measures and oversee automation and centralization initiatives
- Guide and empower process owners in optimizing efficiencies and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in continuous process improvement and Business Process Management with a result-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Excellent analytical skills using data-driven methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, quick learning ability
- Solid understanding of Process Mining technology to drive process improvement beneficial
- Automation mindset to promote process improvement through technical levers, e.g. RPAs, ODM
- Ability to conduct process improvement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholder and senior management
- Strong communication skills to foster collaboration while working with diverse stakeholder groups
- Independent and target-oriented work style with a high level of commitment
