About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Educator and Learning Facilitator to join our team. As an Educator, you will be responsible for welcoming children, conducting educational and socialization activities, and providing games, recreational activities, and entertainment for the kids.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome children and ensure their well-being
  • Conduct educational and socialization activities tailored to their needs
  • Provide games, recreational activities, and entertainment for the children
  • Ensure children are fed and cared for
  • Organize and adapt spaces for various activities
  • Maintain communication with families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in education or socio-pedagogical field
  • At least one year's experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English (B2) and German (B2)
  • Ability to design educational games
  • Skills in managing group dynamics
  • Interpersonal skills with children, parents, and other operators
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
What We Offer
