**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator / Production Supervisor / Process Mechanic (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth production operations and meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
**Requirements**
- Completed vocational training or technical education in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control measures in a food processing or pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in German language (written and spoken)
