Head of Retail Expansion Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Retail Expansion to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our retail presence in the Nordic countries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive expansion strategy for the Nordic market, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales projections.
- Lead and manage a national and international key account team to effectively manage sales in stationary and digital retail.
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team and Vertical Lead to develop and implement the overall offline retail strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners to build long-term and successful collaborations.
- Monitor and control the entire expansion process, from planning to successful implementation.
- Provide regular reporting to C-Level on the progress and results of retail expansion.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail, quick commerce, or expansion in the FMCG or food sector, with market-specific knowledge of the Nordic countries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
