We are seeking motivated individuals for our 'Inside Sales' department who are eager to grow both personally and professionally in a sustainable industry while enjoying a dynamic work environment characterized by an open corporate culture, ample development opportunities, and creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide expert advice to a designated customer portfolio, including real estate agents, developers, financial clients, and housing cooperatives.
  • Acquire new clients while also re-engaging and upselling to existing customers.
  • Present our offerings through phone and video consultations.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, engaging decision-makers, and promoting our solutions.
  • Guide existing clients in campaign management and evaluate success through regular analyses.
  • Work on strategies to win back previous customers.
  • Create tailored customer proposals using our CRM system.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:

  • Customer-focused, reliable, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Aim to elevate sales performance and expand the customer base.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Holds a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification.
