We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Intern to join our team at Rocket Internet SE.

As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to support the preparation of financial materials, assist in investment and fundraising processes, and contribute to the evaluation and execution of new projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for the Corporate Finance team
* Support the investment and fundraising process for Rocket Internet founded businesses and other investment opportunities
* Contribute to the evaluation and execution of new projects, providing analytical and financial support
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement financial models and forecasts

Requirements

* Pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial analysis
* Prior experience in a global investment bank, private equity fund, or corporate finance/transaction advisory services team
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
