Job Description

Are you organized, have a strong structure, and already have some experience in personnel administration?

We are looking for a full-time personnel administrator (m/w/d) to join our team at DIS AG in Sindelfingen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel administration tasks from hiring to termination of employment contracts
  • Support with monthly payroll and salary processing and contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes
  • Provide assistance to employees, managers, and supervisors with personnel-related matters
  • Manage the recruitment process and maintain the employee database
  • Maintain the time-tracking system and employee data in the HR management system
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent English skills and first work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with time-tracking or HR management systems
  • High level of trustworthiness, reliability, motivation, and engagement
