Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Chief Business Growth Strategist to lead our global sales development initiatives and drive our recently launched Allbound business development motion.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute innovative multi-channel outreach strategies to drive predictable pipeline generation and close rates from both marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR)-generated opportunities.
- Sales Hygiene: Implement and maintain rigorous sales hygiene standards and processes to ensure successful pipeline conversion.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global SDR team and serve as the critical bridge between Sales and Marketing teams.
- Account Targeting: Manage targeted outreach to accounts matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and coordinate with Marketing to leverage insights and use cases for tiered account targeting.
- Inbound Lead Management: Optimize inbound lead management processes and ensure excellent first impressions for prospective customers.
- Metrics and Performance: Develop and track key performance metrics for the SDR team and serve as the public face and leader of the SDR organization, setting performance standards and culture.
- 7+ years of B2B sales development experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound business development motions.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM management.
- Excellence in early-stage selling and solution positioning.
- Track record of successful collaboration with Marketing teams.
- Experience in technology/SaaS sales development.
- Demonstrated success in multi-channel outreach campaign design.
- An estimated salary range of €85,000 - €110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
- 30 vacation days per year.
