About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rescue Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for providing medical support and care to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing medical first aid in the ambulance and rescue service in rotating shifts
• Staffing our company's own RTW (Return to Work) program
• Caring for patients in our company outpatient clinic, including occupational accidents, general health complaints, and wound care
• Training first aiders on our team
• Supporting our plant medical team with blood draws, ECGs, ergometry, and other medical procedures
• Collaborating in preventive medical check-ups and health campaigns
• Documenting and administering results, reports, measures, and instructions related to occupational medicine

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as an emergency paramedic
• Basic knowledge of occupational medicine is desirable
• Experience as an emergency paramedic in rescue services is essential
• Teaching authorization for first aiders is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English and MS-Office is required
• High degree of customer orientation and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
