Project Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Strategist to join our team at Henderson Scott (Search) as a Senior Consultant Governance & Information Risk / Risk and Regulatory Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our bank customers in IT risk transformation projects, helping them improve their IT risk management systems and transform them for the future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex projects and implement innovative solutions to help our bank customers comply with existing and new IT regulations, such as DORA and EU AI Act.
- Prepare our customers for the integration of future-oriented technologies and support them in their IT risk transformation journeys.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in advising or audit-related consulting of financial institutions with a strong focus on IT compliance.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to lead complex projects.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
