Position Overview

Wir suchen eine visionäre Führungspersönlichkeit, die unsere globale AI-Beratungsabteilung strategisch führt und weiterentwickelt. Als Group Head of AI werden Sie die zukünftige Ausrichtung gestalten und innovative Lösungen auf den Markt bringen.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Strategische Führung: Definition und Implementierung der Strategie für die AI-Beratungsabteilung, langfristige Zielsetzungen und KPIs.
  • Exzellente Mitarbeiterführung: Leitung und Inspiration eines internationalen Teams, Förderung einer inklusiven und kollaborativen Unternehmenskultur.
  • Operative Exzellenz: Implementierung von Best Practices, Methoden und Standards auf höchstem Niveau.
  • Business Development: Identifizierung und Nutzung von Marktchancen und technologischen Trends, Ausbau des Portfolios der Abteilung.
  • Finanzielle Verantwortung: Wachstum und Profitabilität der AI-Beratungsabteilung, Unterstützung der kommerziellen Ziele des Unternehmens.
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Umfangreiche Führungserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld, insbesondere im Bereich Data & AI Consulting.
  • Tiefgehende Expertise in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von internationalen Teams.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis und Erfahrung in agilen Prozessen und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge im strategischen Business Development und in der Akquisition von vielfältigen und anspruchsvollen Projekten.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe, innovative Ansätze überzeugend zu vermitteln.
