Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co. KG. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of product shipments, picking and packing products according to instructions, operating warehouse vehicles, labeling shipping boxes using a computer, and assisting with packing at the conveyor belt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of product shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Pick and pack products according to instructions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse vehicles, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products around the warehouse.
- Label shipping boxes using a computer, ensuring accurate and legible labeling.
- Assist with packing at the conveyor belt, working closely with other team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Interest in warehouse tasks and using warehouse vehicles, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Fluent in German, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability during the week and possibly on Saturdays, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.
- Reliable and conscientious work ethic, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
