Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Roving Store Worker to join our team at the Exchange. As a Roving Store Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of associates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment and building trust relationships with customers.
  • Lead a team of associates, utilizing effective communication skills to train and coach them on product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure associates have the necessary knowledge and skills to serve customers in assigned areas, including merchandise presentation standards.
  • Minimize controllable expenses and ensure compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
  • Communicate performance expectations and provide feedback on adherence to established performance standards.
Requirements

Education and Experience

Completion of high school or equivalent. Retail experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

Current associates with NACI/T1 Clearance preferred.
