Sales Role OverviewThis role involves representing Caljan to customers within assigned regions or account bases. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts, developing new customer prospects, and driving sales of automated products. Your goal is to ensure established sales goals are reached or exceeded by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities- Representing Caljan to customers within assigned regions or account bases.
- Maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects.
- Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory.
- Ensuring established sales goals for the assigned region are reached or exceeded.
- Establishing and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity.
- Fluent German and English.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics.
