Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers on entertainment electronics, PCs, and multimedia products
• Implement marketing campaigns and contribute your own ideas
• Manage online channels
• Support our service team with complaint management
• Create a positive shopping experience

What We're Looking For

• A completed training as a salesperson or merchant in retail or a similar field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactivity and solution-oriented thinking
• Good German language skills
