Job Title: MI/Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MI/Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining performance reporting, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and developing dashboards to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance reporting for Fiserv Operations team and clients.
  • Analyze data to highlight trends and opportunities, and deliver key messages to leadership to inform continuous improvement plans.
  • Maintain control framework around report/dashboard design and delivery, ensuring risk mitigation and consistent delivery of MI Suite.
  • Develop and maintain ETL data extraction packages, focused on flexible reporting for BI solution.
  • Develop new data sources to enrich existing customer interaction insight to support customer-centric processes.

Scope of Job

Develop dashboards and reporting suites to analyze and inform business decisions, adding personal insight to guide senior leaders' strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience considered an acceptable substitute for education requirement.
  • Experience working with employee-based performance data, including standard deviation and other assessment methods.
  • Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Math qualification, preferred, not essential.
  • German speaker.
