Job Description

Vitakraft pet care GmbH & Co. KG is a leading international company in the pet food industry. With over 180 years of experience, we develop and produce high-quality products for responsible and species-appropriate pet care. Our company has a strong commitment to innovation and digitalization, and we are looking for a skilled SAP Technical Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate SAP projects, including SAP S/4, SAP EWM, and SAP IBP
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the SAP landscape and act as the first point of contact for our SAP provider
  • Provide SAP basis consulting services, including infrastructure optimization and conception
  • Plan and coordinate SAP upgrades and patches, as well as transitions between SAP systems
  • Participate in the 2nd level support for SAP
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in SAP basis consulting and deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, OS, and databases
  • Fundamental knowledge of SAP system evaluation, sizing, setup, operation, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills, as well as analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Passion for new SAP technologies and teamwork
  • Ideally, experience with SAP Cloud solutions and SAP S/4 implementations
