Station Operations Manager

As a Process Improvement Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in streamlining and elevating our operational processes. You will work closely with management teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the driver experience and optimize processes
- Audit processes for compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze feedback and data to inform process improvements and implement changes
- Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and resolve process-related issues
As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence at Amazon. Your responsibilities will include running observations and audits to identify areas for improvement, recommending changes, and implementing new processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and share best practices across the organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field
- Relevant experience in using data to inform business decisions and communicating with stakeholders
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques and supporting tools such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access
