Das Team
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Solution Owner, der sich in das Team im Bereich "SCADA Systeme – Computer Aided Assembly" am Standort Passau integrieren wird.
Sie werden Teil eines Teams aus Experten, die zusammen mit Produktionsverantwortlichen die weitere strategische Ausrichtung der internen Entwicklung voranbringen. In der Tätigkeit erstellen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Experten aus verschiedenen Bereichen detaillierte Anforderungsbeschreibungen und steuern deren Entwicklung mit dem internen Entwicklerteam. Die Tätigkeit fordert sowohl eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachexperten als auch mit der internationalen Entwicklung.

Was Sie erwarten können als IT Solution Owner (m/w/d) Scada System

Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten, einschließlich der Priorisierung und Planung des Produkt Backlogs gemäß Business Value, ROI und Projekten Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern, um die Priorisierung der User Stories und die Maximierung des Business Values zu gewährleisten, die die Entwicklungsteams für ihre Produkte geschaffen haben Unterstützung der Entwicklung durch Zusammenarbeit mit UX / UI, um sicherzustellen, dass alle erforderlichen Werkzeuge für das Team verfügbar sind Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern, externen Partnern und interdisziplinären Teams in Polen und Deutschland Überwachung und Überprüfung des zur Verfügung stehenden Projektbudgets, Berechnung der Kosten für die Anforderungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Projektrahmens

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten als IT Solution Owner (m/w/d) Scada System

Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung Flexible, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu erheben und auszuarbeiten und diese mit eindeutigen Annahmekriterien in Features und User Stories umzusetzen sowie großes Verständnis und Leidenschaft für digitale Produkte Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Agile Best Practices Überzeugende Vermittlung von Vision und Richtung gegenüber dem agilen Entwicklungsteam und des Stakeholders Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
