Global Procurement Delivery Research Internship

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Procurement team at Roche. As a Delivery Research and Lab Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement research and development, working closely with our research and operations departments.

About the Role

As a Delivery Research and Lab Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our strategic procurement team with market research and establishing new partnerships with non-commercial bio specimen suppliers
  • Accompanying the entire purchasing process, from preparation and follow-up of sourcing to negotiations and ordering of materials
  • Participating in internal projects and working closely with research and development and production departments
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting leaner, faster, or simpler solutions

About You

We are looking for a registered student (m/f/d) of natural sciences, economics, IT, industrial engineering, or a comparable course. Ideally, you have initial practical experience in a pharmaceutical company or within the healthcare industry. You should be proficient in English and enjoy communicating with international stakeholders. You should also be open to agile working methods and actively involved in squads.
