IT Security Expert for Windows Servers

As an IT Security Expert for Windows Servers at Dataport AöR, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of IT security. You will be responsible for developing innovative security concepts and standards, evaluating new technologies, and advising all levels of hierarchy on security issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Review Security Concepts: Create and review security-relevant concepts and develop operational security standards to ensure the security and integrity of our Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Security Checks and Evaluations: Conduct thorough security checks on future technologies in our IT infrastructure to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Concept Creation and Review: Coordinate concept creation and review conceptual activities to ensure alignment with our security standards and goals.
  • BSI Adjustments and Vulnerability Identification: Evaluate BSI adjustments and weaknesses in our Windows Server infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Security Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice on security issues to all levels of hierarchy, project, and product managers to ensure informed decision-making.
Your Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge, with extensive expertise in IT infrastructures and experience in Windows Server administration.
  • Security Expertise: Insight into deriving appropriate measures in the face of security threats, with practical experience in documentation, conceptualization, consulting, and coordination.
