Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor / Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring production processes in the creation or processing of corrugated cardboard. Your duties will also include managing operations in intralogistics, detecting and resolving errors, providing support to machine operators, collaborating with production management, and documenting machine metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate production processes to ensure efficient and effective output
• Oversee operations in intralogistics, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Identify and resolve production errors, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Provide technical support to machine operators, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to perform their duties
• Collaborate with production management to develop and implement process improvements
• Document and analyze machine metrics to inform production decisions

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a packaging technologist, machine operator, or similar
• Relevant experience as a machine operator, preferably in corrugated cardboard production or processing
• Experience in printing, die-cutting, or operating inline machines
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Additional training or leadership experience is beneficial
