About the Role

sennder is revolutionizing the logistics industry by digitizing and automating road logistics processes. We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Asset Planning team, which is developing a logistics platform aimed at efficiently managing and scheduling assets such as trucks, trailers, and drivers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing complex event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems, particularly with microservices. Proficiency in cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is essential. Strong programming skills in Typescript, Node.js, and Vue.js are also required.

The successful candidate will participate in the development of new solutions, take ownership of the team's components and libraries, and collaborate closely with other teams. They will also lead architectural designs, guide mid-sized projects, and drive quality across the stack by adhering to solid engineering principles.

As a senior member of the team, the candidate will mentor junior developers, help them grow their skills, and promote best practices in software engineering. They will also contribute to the development of a robust event-driven microservice architecture and micro-frontend framework.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in event-driven and asynchronous systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Typescript, Node.js, and Vue.js.
  • CI/CD and infrastructure automation experience.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Terraform and Kafka.
  • Familiarity with Fastify and CI/CD integration using Gitlab.
