Lead Flutter Developer for Innovative Mobile App Projects

About the RoleAs a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a key role in recurring projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and successful outcomes in all stages of development.
Key Responsibilities- UI/UX Quality and Design: Ensure consistent UI/UX quality across projects; identify and resolve design issues and bugs early in the development process to minimize delays.
- Code Review and Team Leadership: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards and ensure adherence to best practices; mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Flutter Version Management: Leverage new Flutter features to optimize workflows; manage Flutter versions using FVM to ensure stability and compatibility across projects.
- Frontend and Backend Integration: Utilize tools like go_router, riverpod, flutter_hooks, dio, and slang for frontend functionality and integrate backend technologies such as Supabase and TypeScript for seamless project execution.
- Extensive experience in developing Flutter apps and managing recurring projects.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to ensure design consistency across projects.
- Proven track record in conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.
- Expertise in integrating frontend and backend libraries/tools and managing Flutter versions effectively.
