Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer Indirect Material to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG Ulm. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing indirect materials for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure indirect materials such as office supplies, IT equipment, and other non-production goods
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
  • Manage and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs and goals
Requirements:
  • Relevant education and experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
