Key Responsibilities
- Lead a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Service Management in a scaled agile environment
- Drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities
- Align with other process areas to ensure consistent integrated process- and IT solutions
Requirements
- Education: degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering or equivalent
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication skills, structured and goal-oriented working style, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience and Knowledge: many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP CRM Service, experience in working within a scaled agile environment, proficiency in leading a team of software engineers
