Chief Financial Strategist

DemoUp Cliplister is a key SaaS player in Europe's retail landscape, revolutionizing over 3,000 brands and retailers with innovative solutions. We're seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to drive our financial transformation.

We offer a competitive base salary of approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as additional benefits such as corporate benefits, Deutschland ticket subsidy, and Urban Sports Club membership.

This role involves providing management with insightful reports to support strategic decision-making, overseeing several critical financial functions, including automation, financial accounting, controlling, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to perform advanced forecasting and contribute to strategic financial planning.

• 3-5 years professional experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting, preferably in a SaaS startup/scaleup environment
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle Netsuite, or a comparable system
• Experience in successfully automating business processes
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in BI tools such as Power BI is a plus
• Adaptable, process-oriented, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent German (C2) and excellent written and spoken English
