Logistics Expert for Automotive Industry

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mitarbeiter Lager / Einkauf (Warehouse and Procurement Specialist) at our Gößnitz or Glauchau location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure materials and vehicle parts according to specifications
  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, including quality control of incoming goods
  • Contribute to warehouse inventory management
  • Coordinate the shipment of spare parts
  • Prepare and assign vehicle documents and license plates
  • Prepare for and conduct inventory audits
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist or equivalent
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work in early and late shifts
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with experience in Kfz-Ersatzteile software (ECAROS, Elsa-pro, Saga, etc.) a plus
  • Valid driver's license (B) and forklift operator certification
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
