Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern backend architectures and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop Backend Architectures: You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and efficient backend architectures that meet the needs of our customers.
- Implement and Maintain Software: You will work closely with our development team to implement and maintain our software applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that our software applications meet the needs of our customers.
- Provide Technical Guidance and Support: You will provide technical guidance and support to our development team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software applications.
- Education and Experience: You must have a completed degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in backend development.
- Technical Skills: You must have expertise in backend development, including experience with Spring Boot, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and Gitlab. You must also have experience with Java or Golang, and be familiar with cloud solutions such as AWS and Azure.
- Soft Skills: You must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
