Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at ADECCO. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management

Requirements

• Advanced degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
