Expand Your Sales Network in Western Switzerland

As a Regional Sales Executive at LeaseTeq AG, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our dealer network in Western Switzerland and contributing significantly to the company's growth. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Switzerland, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-term partnerships in the French-speaking region of Switzerland.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with car dealers throughout Western Switzerland to successfully promote our financing solutions.
  • Travel regularly to various locations in the Romandie region to meet clients in person and establish long-term business relationships.
  • Advise dealers in detail on the benefits of partnering with LeaseTeq, explain the financing processes, and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Contribute to the optimization of our sales processes to increase efficiency and success rates.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and smooth communication with partners through fluent French and German.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues, the Business Development, and Operations teams to achieve shared sales targets and support the growth of LeaseTeq AG.

Your Profile

  • You have a passion for cars and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • You possess several years of sales experience, preferably with field experience in the automotive industry.
  • You have solid knowledge in leasing and credit, allowing you to competently advise dealers and customers in Western Switzerland.
  • You are based in Western Switzerland or are willing to travel regularly within the French-speaking region of Switzerland to maintain local relationships and acquire new customers.
  • You enjoy working independently and can organize your workdays efficiently.
  • You are enthusiastic about the digital world and comfortable working with modern, web-based software.
  • You are fluent in French, proficient in German, and have knowledge of English (Italian is a plus).
