As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for revising customer and supplier contracts, managing negotiations with customers and suppliers, and maintaining and preparing commercial and contractual templates. You will also assess and advise on IP risks and opportunities in complex transactions, establish and monitor contractual processes, and provide legal support for relevant business processes.

Requirements
  • Completed university degree in laws
  • Ability to edit and negotiate legal contracts in English and German
  • Professional experience in law, preferably international contract law and Intellectual Property laws
  • Excellent spoken and written language skills in legal German and English, additional language skills preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Word, good working knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and pleasure to work with customers and colleagues in an international context
