We're Looking for a Service Technician for Mechanical and Electrical Repairs

We're seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at KONE GmbH. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical repairs on our elevators and other equipment. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our equipment is running smoothly and efficiently. If you have relevant experience and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute repairs on our elevators and other equipment in collaboration with our technical and commercial teams.

  • Replace, repair, and commission elevator components.

  • Perform control system modernizations (including third-party products) on our elevators.

  • Replace control systems, including display and control elements, and adjust programming.

  • Accompany inspections by authorized inspection bodies (ZÜS).

  • Identify replacement parts and initiate orders.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Several years of relevant work experience, including experience with common control systems.

  • Customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication skills in German.

  • A passion for technology and working independently.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach.

  • A high affinity for digital technologies.

  • A valid driver's license (Class B).
