Your Role

• As a Care Professional (m/w/d), you will work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment.
• You will be responsible for implementing our care concept and maintaining accurate documentation.
• You will provide high-quality care to our clients, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a positive impact on their lives.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in nursing or a related field, such as Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), or Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).
• You have a passion for working with seniors and are committed to providing exceptional care.
• You are self-motivated and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop your skills and knowledge.
• You possess a valid driver's license (Klasse B).
