We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Avomind. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of veterinary care by leading the development of our Practice Management System (PMS) and other bespoke tools.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product development by effectively setting priorities, requirements, and scope for the engineering team.
- Act as a liaison between engineering and other teams, ensuring engineers have all the necessary context to work effectively and that other teams comprehend the technology's capabilities and limitations.
- Oversee and enhance the PMS, proficiently managing bugs and processes within the system.
- Identify potential improvements in the PMS, contributing to its continuous refinement.
- Foster effective communication with the PMS provider, ensuring smooth operations and development.
- Engage with colleagues and veterinarians to gather requirements for new features, thereby fostering a cohesive and effective development approach.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) is required for this position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management.
- Hands-on experience in conducting, interpreting, and analyzing customer data.
- Strong familiarity with Javascript/Typescript, React/React Native, and technical architecture.
- Proven ability in translating business strategies into product strategies, managing the product roadmap effectively.
- Mastery in leveraging collective efforts and diverse perspectives, exemplifying a team-centric approach.
- Proficient in directing meaningful customer conversations, guiding dialogues to achieve fruitful outcomes.
- Demonstrated passion for engaging with customers, including clients and care team members.
As a Product Manager at Avomind, you will be at the forefront of transforming our products from mere ideas to tangible solutions. Your mission will be to amplify the efficiency of our medical team and bring joy to their pet-parents through careful management and optimization of our bespoke tools and Practice Management System.
