Laboratory Management Assistant

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Laboratory Management Assistant, der sich in der Molekularbiologie und Biotechnologie auskennt. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie wichtige Aufgaben bearbeiten, die die Koordination und Organisation von Laboraktivitäten umfassen.
Hauptaufgaben- Koordination und Organisation des zentralen Bestellwesens für die Abteilung R&D
- Inventur von Laborchemikalien und laborspezifischen Geräten
- Herstellung und Sterilisation von Kultivierungsmedien für Bakterien und Pilze
- Durchführung von Laborexperimenten, vorwiegend unter Anwendung folgender Techniken: PCR, qPCR, Isolation von genomischer und Plasmid DNA, Anzucht von mikrobiellen Kulturen (Baktieren, Pilze) auf festen, sowie flüssigen Medien (Schüttelkolben), und SDS PAGE
- Dokumentation der experimentellen Ergebnisse und regelmäßige Berichte an den Line Manager und verantwortlichen Scientist
- Ausbildung als Biologielaborant/in, BTA, CTA oder ähnlichem
- Hohes Organisationstalent, genau arbeiten und selbständiger Arbeitsstil
- Vertrautheit mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und internetbasierter Recherche
- Kooperativer und sicherer Kommunikationsstil mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und zuverlässiger Teamplayer
- Vertrautheit mit sterilen Arbeitstechniken und Erfahrungen mit dem Arbeiten in Laboren der biologischen Sicherheitsstufen S1/S2
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Techniken der Molekular- und Mikrobiologie, z.B.: PCR, qPCR, DNA Isolation und Kultivierung von Bakterien / Pilze sind ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
