About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disponent im Einkauf to join our team at SwissCommerce Management GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between our procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor and manage our inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for our products.
• Coordinate the transportation of goods from our suppliers to our warehouse.
• Manage the administrative tasks related to customs clearance and other regulatory requirements.
• Compare prices from multiple suppliers for each product and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with our procurement leadership team to develop and implement procurement strategies.

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Education in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and statistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
